Scoring Format
- Pool Play: 2 Sets, to 21, cap 23, win by 2
- Pools of 3: 3 Sets, to 21, cap 23, win by 2
- Bracket: Single Set, to 30, win by 2
- Semifinals: Best of 3, to 21, win by 2
- Finals: Best of 3, to 21, win by 2
Organizer Notes
House rules - Call your own and be honest. - Doubles are allowed unless egregious. - Hand-setting serves and free balls is allowed. - No open-hand tipping. - If you hand-set over the net, it must be square to your shoulders. - Let serves are not allowed. - Switch sides every 7 points. Day-of - 9:00 AM start — be there by 8:30; first serve in the air no later than 9:00. We run on time. - Restrooms are not available on-site; there's a Walgreens 3 minutes away. - Parking lot and street parking available. - Payment is due 3 days in advance. No refund if you withdraw within 24 hours. - One division — high-level competition.
